Personal Coaching
Every Cross-Trainers member has the opportunity to take advantage of a personal coach. Personal Coaching or Personal Training is for anyone who wants better results from their workout routines. The cost of a few sessions with your own personal coach is minimal compared to the cost of paying for your gym membership and not getting the results you desire in a reasonable amount of time.
At Cross-Trainers, we can provide you with a coach who will help you achieve your health, fitness and lifestyle goals in a safe and effective manner. Far too often, people join a facility and embark on a new routine without getting proper instruction to ensure they are getting the most out of their workouts and employing the proper strategies to achieve their desired results.
If you find yourself going from exercise to exercise wondering what to do next or feeling like you’re not making any progress, then Personal Coaching is the answer. Cross-Trainers can provide you with a friendly certified coach who will design a fully customized program to meet your needs.
Advanced or veteran trainers can also benefit from employing the services of a personal coach by applying advanced training strategies, motivation or a sport conditioning approach to break through those frustrating plateaus and achieve results that would otherwise be out of reach.

Kids Room- You’d like to workout but you don’t have any where to take the kids. The playroom at Cross-Trainers may be the answer for you. Located in direct view of the front desk, complete with large observation windows for parents, our playroom provides a safe area for your children to amuse themselves while you get that well-deserved workout. The room is equipped with toys, books, a television, DVD and video cassette player and movies to occupy your children’s time. Use what is provided or bring your own and make your health and fitness a priority. Now both you and your kids will look forward to their time with us!
Suntan Capsule- Are you going on a trip? Summer’s coming? Don’t want to bake in the sun for hours? Whatever your reason might be for wanting a tan or a base to get you started, Cross-Trainers has the answer for you. Our Sun Capsule VHO is a stand-up version Sun Tanner which offers a quick, effective, and sanitary, no-sweat tan for a great price. The Sun Capsule provides 360 degree tanning with a large cooling fan which produces an 18 mph breeze to keep you cool and comfortable. Sessions start at only 6 minutes and the maximum session length is 12 minutes. You don’t come in contact with any acrylics, so there aren't any of those white pressure spots like those associated with the lie-down versions.

Because of our poor diets, high stress, disease and frailty, we tend to accumulate and store excessive quantities of waste products.
